Spintastics has chosen the U.S. Postal Service to be the most cost effective for our customers. The pricing is received via USPS in real-time and we pride ourselves in offering this real-time shipping cost to our customers, with no intentionally added "handling charges."
If you should like your order shipped with an alternative method (ex. UPS), please put a note in Comment section of your order. We will then contact you via email with the pricing for your selected shipping method.
Orders are shipped out as soon as possible, sometimes leaving our shipping department the same day of your order. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving an order. If your order shipping will be delayed more than 72 hours from the time you place your order, you will receive a notification email from us, stating when we expect your order to ship.
Texas residents will pay 8.25% sales tax. If you are Resale Exempt or Texas Tax Exempt, please fax your Resale Exemption Certificate or Texas Tax Exemption Certificate to 817-354-8748 and we will gladly adjust your order to reflect zero sales tax.
